Defteri Gefira beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 16th place out of 348 beaches in the Thessaly region 37.5 km away from its center, the city of Larissa. It is one of the beaches of Stomio settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious bay with green water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
