Melíssi beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 142th place out of 419 beaches in the Central Greece region 86.6 km away from its center, the city of Lamia. It is one of the beaches of Prasidi settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with green pure water and brown pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Melíssi beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
