Pelindung Beach is located on the Malacca Strait and it is in the 13th place out of 44 beaches in the Pahang region 6.7 km away from its center, the city of Kuantan. It is one of the beaches of Teluk Cempedak settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
