It is one of the beaches of Merang settlement, just 25.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

Kuala Terengganu Beach (Terengganu) is located outside the Merang settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. However, the remoteness from the village is not always a bad thing. Lovers of quiet rest know, the farther the beach, the fewer crowds.

The beach stretches on the coast of the Redang island and the correct question is not how to get to Kuala Terengganu Beach, but what mode of transport can be used to get to it, because this part of the coast is inaccessible by land. "This beach is quite popular among tourists. Remember to bring bread to feed the fish. They offer underwater camera rentals here. The majority of the corals and fish can be found near the jetty, as the corals closer to the beach have unfortunately died. Don't miss out on the stunning view of the islands and their crystal-clear azure water."

"The corals in the shallow parts of the reef appear to be in a deteriorated condition, likely due to visitors stepping on them. However, the corals in the deeper waters beneath the jetty have a healthy appearance. Additionally, there is a fascinating shipwreck located on the opposite side of the reef."
