Sunset Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 33th place out of 69 beaches in the Terengganu region 54.2 km away from its center, the city of Kuala Terengganu. It is one of the beaches of Kampung Mangkok settlement, just 29.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Sunset Beach (Terengganu) is located outside the Kampung Mangkok settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. However, the remoteness from the village is not always a bad thing. Lovers of quiet rest know, the farther the beach, the fewer crowds.

The beach stretches on the coast of the Redang island and the correct question is not how to get to Sunset Beach, but what mode of transport can be used to get to it, because this part of the coast is inaccessible by land.
