Lovely place on a historic Tahitian bay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and cheerful. Rooms and common areas have been recently renovated to a modern yet comfortable Polynesian style. Pool area is excellent and the smallish grounds are very walkable. Direct access to a stunning black sand beach. Pretty close to the main town of Papeete, making it a convenient place for a stopover before you head to one of the smaller, more resort oriented islands. Only one restaurant. Buffet breakfast is pretty decent with a wide selection of fruits, breads, proteins, juices, etc. Menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Well prepared items and excellent service. Selections are generally diverse, but with only one menu, it made multiple mealtimes a bit redundant over our 3 night stay. That, and the property location is not terribly convenient to walk to other food options. Ultimately, a rather nice place for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet is the same every day with very limited options, nothing special at all. I expected much better variety and quality, but it was quite underwhelming. One of the biggest letdowns was the attitude of the staff at the omelet station. The man preparing the omelets never smiled and always seemed unhappy to be working. Every morning when we asked for an omelet, he gave us unpleasant looks, making us feel unwelcome. One day, he even rudely asked me how many eggs I planned to eat the next day—completely unprofessional. Having traveled to the Maldives, I experienced outstanding hospitality there—friendly staff, clean uniforms, excellent food, and pristine rooms. Unfortunately, my stay here did not compare. The villa pool water was uncomfortably warm, unlike in the Maldives, where the villa pools were perfectly cool and refreshing. I would give this hotel a 0-star rating if possible. I traveled with my baby and husband, and I will not recommend this resort to anyone. I have already advised my friends to avoid this hotel in Bora Bora.

I highly recommend visiting in mid-October when it's less crowded. We stayed in a regular overwater king bungalow, which was absolutely beautiful, and the service was impeccable. A big thank you to the cleaning staff for their attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome back touches in our room. Everyone we encountered was friendly and patient, even though I don't speak much French. It's important to remember that the locals are the ones who make this place special, as they are sharing their tiny island with visitors. Estávamos aqui em nosso passeio particular pela ilha e nosso guia parou por alguns minutos para nos dar a chance de tirar algumas fotos bonitas. Este lugar tem uma das melhores vistas sobre a lagoa representando o ponto sul no motu principal e foi uma das melhores paradas em nosso passeio. Esta localização com uma bela fauna marinha e a variedade de peixes grandes atraiu para esta área incluindo tubarões, raias, garoupas e grandes peixes papagaio tem água calma onde você pode caminhar por horas com a água pouco abaixo dos braços. Bela areia quente limpa para se encostar e restaurantes laterais agradáveis onde você pode fazer um lanche, tornam essa uma das praias mais bonitas do mundo. Se estiver indo para o sul de Vaitape, são cerca de 10 minutos de carro e é um lugar notável para tirar algumas fotos incríveis. Ótima parada, quer você esteja em terra ou em um barco.

A praia de Bora Bora é verdadeiramente notável, com sua areia branca e fina que é perfeita para relaxar e tomar sol. Definitivamente, é um dos pontos obrigatórios para visitar na ilha.

Lovely place on a historic Tahitian bay. The staff is wonderful, helpful and cheerful. Rooms and common areas have been recently renovated to a modern yet comfortable Polynesian style. Pool area is excellent and the smallish grounds are very walkable. Direct access to a stunning black sand beach. Pretty close to the main town of Papeete, making it a convenient place for a stopover before you head to one of the smaller, more resort oriented islands. Only one restaurant. Buffet breakfast is pretty decent with a wide selection of fruits, breads, proteins, juices, etc. Menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Well prepared items and excellent service. Selections are generally diverse, but with only one menu, it made multiple mealtimes a bit redundant over our 3 night stay. That, and the property location is not terribly convenient to walk to other food options. Ultimately, a rather nice place for a short stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resort. First and foremost, the food quality does not match the high prices. The breakfast buffet is the same every day with very limited options, nothing special at all. I expected much better variety and quality, but it was quite underwhelming. One of the biggest letdowns was the attitude of the staff at the omelet station. The man preparing the omelets never smiled and always seemed unhappy to be working. Every morning when we asked for an omelet, he gave us unpleasant looks, making us feel unwelcome. One day, he even rudely asked me how many eggs I planned to eat the next day—completely unprofessional. Having traveled to the Maldives, I experienced outstanding hospitality there—friendly staff, clean uniforms, excellent food, and pristine rooms. Unfortunately, my stay here did not compare. The villa pool water was uncomfortably warm, unlike in the Maldives, where the villa pools were perfectly cool and refreshing. I would give this hotel a 0-star rating if possible. I traveled with my baby and husband, and I will not recommend this resort to anyone. I have already advised my friends to avoid this hotel in Bora Bora.

Before heading to your room, you will be given a brief resort tour and information. The resort boasts a lovely full-service spa with stunning views, as well as multiple restaurants, bars, and room service options. There is a medium-sized gym, a running track, a tennis court, a kid's club, and a transit lounge for late departures. The main pool area features the resort event schedule and water sports equipment. Elite members can enjoy a private beach with sun loungers and cabanas near the reception area. The villas come in various options, from Lagoon view to Overwater villas with or without private pools, all offering ample living space. While the resort is definitely worth a visit and provides great service, as a frequent visitor to Conrad properties worldwide, I must admit that compared to other Conrad resorts, this property falls short for Hilton Diamond elite members. Other Conrad properties typically offer lounges, events, activities, and discounts for elite members, as well as upgrades, which are unfortunately lacking here.

What an amazing honeymoon experience! This island is perfect for a special birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon. The stunning barrier reef surrounding the island creates incredible ocean colors, the best snorkeling I've ever experienced, and the refreshing South Pacific Ocean breeze always seems to kick in at just the right moment. I highly recommend visiting in mid-October when it's less crowded. We stayed in a regular overwater king bungalow, which was absolutely beautiful, and the service was impeccable. A big thank you to the cleaning staff for their attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome back touches in our room. Everyone we encountered was friendly and patient, even though I don't speak much French. It's important to remember that the locals are the ones who make this place special, as they are sharing their tiny island with visitors. Special thanks to Damian, who shared interesting facts about Tahitian culture with us at the Sushi bar. In terms of food and activity prices, they were actually quite reasonable considering the remote location. It's worth noting that anything not caught or grown on the island has to be brought in by boat or plane. Thank you, Conrad Bora Bora, until we meet again. Māuruuru!
