The staff was very friendly and the beach was amazing. The food was decent, not top-notch, but it was very tasty with freshly grilled pork and chicken. There were entertaining shows every day and the Piña Colada was fantastic, along with other nice drinks. The rooms were good, with a nice shower, but you couldn't adjust the room temperature as the air conditioner defaulted to 22°C. The resort had a nice infrastructure with hammocks, outdoor beds, a great pool, and the beach was just a minute walk away. The water was amazing and there were comfortable chairs available on the beach. The wifi was decent and there was a great cappuccino at the coffee bar. The only downside was that if you wanted to visit Varadero city, you had to take a free bus transfer as it was a bit far to walk.

The buffet staff lacked professionalism, there were a lot of flies, service was slow, and there were no spoons. Additionally, there was no seating arrangement when entering the restaurant. The only positive aspects were the room cleaning service, animation team, and recreational activities. I would not recommend this hotel. 👎👎👎

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. I absolutely loved the breathtaking view from the balcony and the fantastic night shows. The proximity to the beach was a major plus. The food was decent, but the selection was somewhat limited. The cleanliness was average, although we did spot a roach in the bathroom. However, the staff did come in daily to clean. I appreciated the freedom to enjoy the cafe, bar station, and other amenities outdoors. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 stars!

I would not recommend this place. The rooms are not up to par and the toilets are often out of order. The rooms are not clean and the WIFI only works in certain areas. The food made me sick for a week, so I stuck to pasta with sauce. If you do decide to eat, try the 'A la Carte' restaurant for slightly better food. Unfortunately, there was a roach in the food of other guests nearby. On a positive note, the view is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing by the beach and living in the moment. The night shows were also very entertaining.

Be cautious when using a taxi recommended by the staff. The friendly door porters may be working with the taxi driver to overcharge you significantly. I ended up losing a lot of money due to this scam. Beware of Alejandro driving a light blue American oldie with the number plate P199651. The front desk staff is not very helpful and refused to provide me with an estimate, leaving me vulnerable to scams like this one. Overall, their lack of assistance was extremely unhelpful, if not harmful.
