The resort was absolutely beautiful but it's unfortunate for me to say the service wasn't the greatest the extend of my day at Royalton especially at the mix bar and the reception. I felt I was excluded due the color of my skin considering my bf is Caucasian and he had no problem
The only individual who went beyond was the gentleman Jr from the diamond beach .
It's sad to say , I felt horrible due the customer service here

I would not recommend this place. The rooms are not up to par and the toilets are often out of order. The rooms are not clean and the WIFI only works in certain areas. The food made me sick for a week, so I stuck to pasta with sauce. If you do decide to eat, try the 'A la Carte' restaurant for slightly better food. Unfortunately, there was a roach in the food of other guests nearby.
On a positive note, the view is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing by the beach and living in the moment. The night shows were also very entertaining.

The rooms were good, with a nice shower, but you couldn't adjust the room temperature as the air conditioner defaulted to 22°C. The resort had a nice infrastructure with hammocks, outdoor beds, a great pool, and the beach was just a minute walk away. The water was amazing and there were comfortable chairs available on the beach. The wifi was decent and there was a great cappuccino at the coffee bar. The only downside was that if you wanted to visit Varadero city, you had to take a free bus transfer as it was a bit far to walk.

The staff at the beach were very friendly and the beach itself was absolutely amazing. The food was decent, not top-notch, but it was still very tasty, especially the grilled pork and chicken that were cooked right in front of you. They also had great shows every day and the Piña Colada was absolutely fantastic, along with the other nice drinks they served. The rooms were good and the shower was nice, although the only downside was that you couldn't adjust the room temperature as the air conditioner was set to 22°C by default, but it worked well. The infrastructure was nice, with hammocks to sleep in and beds outside. The pool was great and the beach was just a one-minute walk away. The water at the beach was amazing and they had comfortable chairs available in shaded areas. The WiFi was decent and the coffee bar served a really good cappuccino. The only downside was that if you wanted to visit Varadero city, which is a nice place to walk around, you had to take a free bus transfer as it was a bit far.

I would not recommend this place. The rooms are not up to par and the toilets are often out of order. The rooms are not clean and the WIFI only works in certain areas. The food made me sick for a week, so I stuck to pasta with sauce. If you do decide to eat, try the 'A la Carte' restaurant for slightly better food. Unfortunately, there was a roach in the food of other guests nearby.
On a positive note, the view is amazing and the beach is beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing by the beach and living in the moment. The night shows were also very entertaining.

The only downside was that if you wanted to visit Varadero city, you had to take a free bus transfer as it was a bit far to walk.

The resort was absolutely beautiful but it's unfortunate for me to say the service wasn't the greatest the extend of my day at Royalton especially at the mix bar and the reception. I felt I was excluded due the color of my skin considering my bf is Caucasian and he had no problem
The only individual who went beyond was the gentleman Jr from the diamond beach .
It's sad to say , I felt horrible due the customer service here
