I could give a 10 star. What a breath taking view. I can spend a whole day there. Visitors can’t take a hike also to the top of the hill and spend half of the day there. It is a national park and there is a few of 100 pesos per person. They have few snack and drink stands . Plenty of free parking available inside. Bathroom facilities are available as well

Amazing beach 🏖️ with a wonderful view to the incredible mountain 🏔️ that along billions of years made this incredible beach ⛱️ of gold sand. In the morning 🌅 is perfect to enjoy this beach because the waves 🌊 are calm and relaxed what is perfect to calm the hot weather ☁️ 🌡️ in the Caribbean. Be careful, in the raining days 🌧️ there are a lot of mosquitoes 🦟 so just in case bring repellant and colorful clothes only, the black clothes like sugar for the mosquitoes and will no let you relax and enjoy.

They added a 100 peso toll and added a walk way. Before when I came it was free and there was no walk way. I don't think their improvements justify the toll. But it's still a relatively quiet beach area and beautiful mountain range. We enjoyed our time there and relaxed in the waves for hours.

Good & attractive tourist place to visit but not recommended for swimming / bathing. It’s almost red sand which also mix with water in the seashore. You won’t have private bath place to clean the red sand. No maintenance around the place so avoid during storm / heavy windy season to avoid dust & small stones.
