Beautiful Location, Disappointing Service The island is undeniably beautiful, with pristine blue seas and breathtaking surroundings, which set high expectations for a memorable stay. Unfortunately, the resort’s service and amenities fell far short, especially given the high prices. The facilities seemed outdated, and the food was underwhelming, but I was willing to overlook these aspects. However, what happened on the final day truly soured my experience. On Nov 2nd, we were supposed to depart for Genting Jetty at 6:30 AM to catch an 8:00 AM ferry. Due to bad weather, our departure was delayed until 7:30 AM. I made the very wrong decision of trusting the resort to handle my luggage, leaving it at the door as instructed, assuming it would be sent directly to the jetty. When I arrived at Genting Jetty at 8:00 AM, the ferry was about to depart, but my luggage was nowhere to be found. 4-5 groups of guests were in same situation. Despite numerous attempts to contact the resort’s front desk, we received no response for a good 20 minutes. The ferry captain eventually told us to choose between boarding without our luggage or staying behind. With no assurance that my luggage would follow, I opted to stay. Finally, after the ferry had left, the resort responded, saying our luggage was on its way and claiming they would try to contact the ferry. My luggage arrived 10 minutes later, but I was too wary to wait, so I bought another ferry ticket to TG Gemok at 10:00 AM, costing me an additional 120 RM. Ironically, a ferry to Mersing did eventually arrive, but I was already out of pocket for an unrefundable ticket due to the resort’s lack of coordination and communication. The experience was filled with uncertainty and stress that could have been avoided had the resort taken better care of its guests. Clear communication, timely luggage handling, and coordination with ferry services are basic expectations, especially when advertised as part of the service. This chaotic departure left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a beautiful vacation.

The only memorable part of my trip to this resort was the beautiful beach. Beyond that, there’s nothing worth remembering. The food was just okay and lacked variety, and the room was outdated and not very clean. Basic amenities, like the air conditioning, barely worked. But the worst part was the customer service, especially from the receptionist during my stay (October 31 - November 2, 2024). She was unhelpful, rude, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When a storm hit and heavy rain poured down, I called to request an umbrella, especially since we had a baby in the room. She outright refused and then hung up on me. There was also no umbrella provided in our room (207), which made the situation even worse. Throughout my stay, her tone was disrespectful and dismissive, and she spoke to us with an unacceptable and rude attitude, as she kept yelling at me and anyone else (although we have small kids and babies) as if we were her children. This kind of treatment was incredibly disappointing and made me regret choosing this hotel. I would never consider returning, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The beautiful beach is the only memorial part of my trip there. besides that, there is nothing to remember about this resort. the food was decent and dont have variety of food. The room not so clean and very old, equipment such as AC not working good. The worst part is the customer service, especially comes from the receptionist (trip from 31/10-2-11/2024). she was horrible and not enthusiastic, helpful with customer. she didnt assist us at all when there was storm and heavy rain. We ask for umbrella and she refused and hang up the phone immediately. we were very disappointed as we also have baby in the room. there was no umbrella at my room in 205. She is talking not nicely and properly to us, she talk to us with rude, unrespectful attitude. Never want to come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone.

远离繁忙城镇的好地方，这里很悠闲，海景和山景很美。房间宽敞干净。食物令我惊喜，我喜欢他们的海鲜炒饭。 唯一需要改进的是让工作人员帮助客人抵达时携带行李。因为从码头到大堂的步行距离相当远，而从大堂到客房也相当远。但离开时，他们确实有员工帮助搬运行李到船上。希望这可以改善。 这里真的有很多猴子，要保持警惕，不要带食物。 最后，我在这里预订了第三方水上运动的浮潜之行，我们的导游Fiyna友好而有帮助。这次旅行很有趣，干得好👏

Nice place to stay away from busy town, here is chill and the sea view and mountain views are nice. Room is big and clean. Food surprisingly good for me, i like their seafood fried rice. Just a thing to improve is to get stuff to help the guest to carry their luggage while arriving. Because its quite a distance to walk from the jetty to the lobby, and from lobby to room also quite far away. While when back they got stuff to helpout to carry our luggage to boat. Hope this can be improve. Also, there really quite many monkeys over there, be alert and never bring food around Lastly, i had booked snorkelling trip from the third parties water sport there, our tour guide Fiyna is friendly and helpful. And the trip is superb fun 🤩 good job 👏

第一次和家人在这里度过了四天。房间非常干净，我们房间前面的海滩更是美丽，水清澈见底，你实际上可以在那里免费浮潜。服务不错，但没有什么值得一提的。早餐和晚餐还可以，也许这是他们可以改进的地方。但就整体体验而言，非常棒👍

Went here for the first time for 4 days with my family. Rooms are immaculately clean, the beach they have right in front of our rooms were more than beautiful, it was literally clear and green and you could actually have a free snorkelling there as well. Service was good but wasn't anything to note about. Breakfast and dinner is just okay, maybe that's where they could improve. But as far as overall experience, it was great 👍
