This beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and taking leisurely walks! The stunning views are definitely worth experiencing. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the fascinating geological formations when the tide is low. However, it's worth noting that the parking lot is quite small. Fortunately, there is a nearby plaza with shops in case you need a snack. Without a doubt, this is my favorite beach in Auckland!

This beach is perfect for a quick swim, although it may not be the most beautiful one along the shore, hence the 4-star rating. The sand is not particularly soft or well-kept. However, it does offer a pleasant coastal walkway. Personally, I would choose Long Bay over this beach any day. It's alright for a brief visit if you happen to be in the area, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit if you're not a local.
