The rooms are really nice, clean, and well air-conditioned. The beach and water are absolutely stunning. The food is good, but people don't come to this place for the food - it's more about total relaxation. The only thing that could be improved is the service orientation and more service training. For example, there should be proactive service at the beach, offering drinks and snacks, which would also increase revenue. Waiters should ask other guests if they would like something to drink when serving others. If guests have used cutlery, they should be asked directly if they need new cutlery. More proactive and guest-oriented thinking is needed. Overall, you have a strong team with great potential. I would definitely come again.
