Farehau Beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 19th place out of 19 beaches in the Windward Islands region 22.2 km away from its center, the city of Papeete. It is one of the beaches of Patae settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Farehau Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

"It's a really perfect place to stay. The hosts are great, they do everything to make us happy. Our bungalow is very clean, has an efficient air conditioning system as well as a separate floor-standing fan. The kitchen outside is so nice and well furnished. Everyday fresh mango from the tree in the garden. Just perfect."
