Salicetti beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 4th place out of 76 beaches in the Cosenza region 48.7 km away from its center, the city of Cosenza. It is one of the beaches of Salice settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.
It is a spacious coastline with blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors, partygoers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.
Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area.
