Beringin Beach is located on the Malacca Strait and it is in the 7th place out of 24 beaches in the Kedah region 59.2 km away from its center, the city of Alor Setar. It is one of the beaches of Kuah settlement, just 3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Beringin Beach shoreline is completely occupied by the hotels. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, showers, toilets, sea pool. .

Please note, that this shore has a significant low tide.
