This beach in Moorea is popular among both tourists and locals, and is considered one of the best. The sand is soft and white, and the reefs are great for snorkeling. It's easy to locate and there's ample parking available. However, there isn't much shade, so it's advisable to bring hats or an umbrella.

This resort is by far the best we have ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning and the over-water bungalows offer breathtaking views that are truly awesome. However, what sets this place apart is the exceptional level of service. We encountered no problems whatsoever during our week-long stay, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and lovely. It was a truly positive experience from start to finish. I must commend the staff for their faultless service. They took excellent care of us and made this vacation the best I have ever had. It was just so nice.

To get to the beach, just ask the staff at Tipaniers Hotel and they'll point you towards the public beach on the right. There's no need to pay anything to access it. If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a kayak for 8 euros to explore the bay and see some rays and sharks - it's truly an exceptional experience that you won't want to miss.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The premium over water bungalow we stayed in was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. It's incredible that we didn't encounter any bugs or mold considering the island climate. Despite being here during the first week of November, the resort didn't feel overcrowded. Conveniently, the resort is located just across the road from a tour company and it's only a short walk into town where you can find grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The staff at this resort were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. While there are paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel gear available for free at the pool area, we preferred using our own snorkel gear to take a dip right off the deck of our bungalow. The snorkeling experience here was fantastic as well!

We decided to hit the beach for some snorkeling and swimming, since it was the closest to our tender dock and easy to locate - only a 10-minute taxi ride towards Sunset Beach. It definitely lived up to our expectations! When we arrived around 9 in the morning, there were only four people snorkeling and the beach was practically empty. However, it got busier as more people arrived off the ship, since it was the most convenient and accessible option. We even had the pleasure of hearing three locals singing while we were there. If you walk just five minutes away from the beach, you'll find a small shopping and restaurant area, as well as a few other hotels. We spotted a couple of sting rays and the coral reef was nice, with plenty of fish. While it wasn't the most spectacular beach we've ever seen, it was definitely worth the visit!

We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the beach. The staff was highly professional, exceeding our expectations. Initially, I had concerns about feeling exhausted and achy afterwards, but I was proven wrong. The amount of paddling required was just right. Throughout the excursion, we had the opportunity to take three breaks, which included snorkeling at the coral reef, a refreshing pause with fruit, cake, and beverages, and, of course, swimming with sharks and rays.
