Rai Island Beach is located on the Andaman Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 37th place out of 97 beaches in the Phang-nga region 41.1 km away from its center, the city of Phang-nga. It is one of the beaches of Ao Nui settlement, just 5.9 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a short straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
