Sheraton Samoa

We had a wonderful experience at this Sherston. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating and generous, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The location was amazing, with a private beach and stunning views of the ocean and nearby islands. The food options were plentiful and delicious, and the breakfast was equally enjoyable. The prices for both drinks and food were reasonable, and there was a great variety to choose from. The only suggestion would be to see some modernization and updates. Overall, we would love to stay here again.

We always have a great time staying here. Our large family arrived on August 3rd and stayed for one night before taking a ferry to Savai'i the next day for a couple of nights. This place was a perfect choice for our first night to unwind and enjoy the amazing views while getting used to the heat. The coconut water upon arrival was a nice touch and very refreshing. We love the spacious and comfortable rooms that have everything you need. We relaxed at the bar near the reception and had a few drinks with our family and friends. The bar food was great for light snacks to keep us going until dinner. It was Thursday night and the dinner at the restaurant was a Greek-inspired buffet meal, which was a fantastic way to start our holiday. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the salads and moussaka were delicious. The service from the staff was excellent and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, the team was very attentive and pleasant, from the bartender to the waitstaff and the porter, who we remembered from our previous visits. Fa'afetai is always friendly, polite, professional, and prompt with service. I'm sure he is a valuable asset to the resort and the team. I have to say that the breakfast is the best on the island, with a great variety of options, including amazing fresh fruit choices. Star fruit, papaya, pineapple, apples, and oranges, just to name a few. We really enjoyed fueling up at breakfast for a busy day of travel ahead. Overall, the rooms, service, staff, food, and drinks were fantastic. Some of us took a leisurely walk on the grounds, enjoying the ocean views and the beautiful flowers. The only minor issue we had was that our room card wasn't working in the card reader, so we couldn't access our room for a little while. However, it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of our time at the pool bar with our family and friends until maintenance fixed it in the evening. The kids were having a great time in the pool. Other than that, it was a very pleasant and relaxing start to our vacation. We will definitely come back, especially since it's so close to the airport.

Questo hotel è sicuramente uno dei miei preferiti. Il personale è straordinario. Anche se l'unità di aria condizionata non funzionava, il personale notturno ha risolto il problema fornendo una nuova camera. Ho davvero apprezzato l'atmosfera e la colazione. È comodamente posizionato vicino all'aeroporto e al molo di Mulifanua. In generale, è stata un'esperienza surreale.

La spiaggia è assolutamente incredibile! Il personale è incredibilmente gentile, premuroso e onesto. È il luogo più straordinario che abbia mai visto. La spiaggia è perfetta per lo snorkeling. La passeggiata tranquilla verso l'area della reception è così rilassante. È anche una meravigliosa opportunità per vivere la cultura samoana. Mi piace particolarmente vedere gli animali che girano intorno, in particolare gli asini. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I had a fantastic time at the Sheraton resort. The room was spacious and nice, although it would have been better if there was a sink for dishes. However, the view was absolutely beautiful, like waking up in paradise every morning. The breakfast was great, and the lunch and dinner were also delicious. I just wish there were more Samoan food options on the menu. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with my partner. The staff were amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome. They catered to our every need. Our favorite part was definitely Faafetai! He took care of us during our stay, keeping us informed about all the events happening at the resort. He always checked in on us with a smile and genuinely wanted us to have an amazing time. He is truly an asset to the Sheraton Mulifanua front of house staff. I will definitely be back.
