His smile, enthusiasm, and helpfulness significantly enhance the hotel's high standards. A piece of advice: We understand that maintaining cleanliness in such a large hotel can be challenging, but please pay more attention to the hygiene of the rooms. Clean sheets, a clean bathroom, and a clean floor should be top priorities. We were unsure if the sheets were clean upon our arrival, and the bathroom appeared to have been used.

If there was a rating of 4.5, this beach would have definitely received it. I was pleasantly surprised because most things are usually overrated. The greeting, atmosphere, and overall setting were very good. I've heard that the sunset there is amazing. When I arrived, I was greeted at the front door and given the option to choose my seating. I also enjoyed a cold beer while walking around and taking a few pictures of the great view. When I was ready, I placed my order without feeling rushed. There were quite a few other guests, but it didn't affect the service. The presentation of the food was great. The grilled lobster was cooked perfectly, the shrimp and white fish fillet were delicious, and the veggies and rice complemented the meal well. It was a bit pricey at $35, but it was a special treat for my vacation. Each beer was $5, which was reasonable. I do want to mention that there were some reports of a dirty washroom, but I personally used it twice and didn't find any issues. There is a flush water bucket for the toilet, which may seem unusual, but it's not a big deal. The beach is right there, so the water is filled up by an employee. There were also reports of no toilet paper, but that is false. As for hand sanitizer, if it was important to me, I would have brought my own, which I did. Oh, and there is plenty of sanitizer available at the front entry if you keep your eyes open. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. This was my first time in Cuba, and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, the people, and everything we experienced here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, there is so much food! I don't understand why people say there isn't good food here. They have a wide variety of options including fresh fish, pasta, vegetables, beef, fruits, and more. The fish is especially delicious! During dinner, we were treated to live jazz music, and the entire hotel grounds were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was live entertainment and bars as well. We also took advantage of the spa in the hotel, where we enjoyed affordable massages. And let's not forget about the ocean and beach - they were absolutely perfect. I want to thank everyone who made our vacation so wonderful! I highly recommend this place to others. Oh, and don't forget to tip the cleaning lady - our room always had an extra sparkle. And if you ask the gardener, they might even give you fresh coconuts.

I wouldn't recommend this resort, and I'm not a picky traveler. I probably won't come back here. The resort is old and in poor condition. The room felt damp and had a musty smell. The blankets were also damp, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. They gave us a second-floor room, which was difficult for my almost 80-year-old mother to manage. The outdoor lighting at night was inadequate, making it very dark. The wifi was only available in the lobby, not at the pool or in the rooms. There wasn't much entertainment or activities to do. The buffet food was pretty much the same for every meal. I highly recommend making reservations at the a la carte restaurants to have a variety of different foods. The worst part of the trip was dealing with bed bugs. I strongly suggest ensuring that the mattress has a mattress protector, or else you'll get bitten all over. My mother had a mattress protector, but I didn't, and I have numerous bites while she hardly has any.

This was my first time in Cuba, and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, the people, and everything we experienced here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, there is so much food! I don't understand why people say there isn't good food here. They have a wide variety of options including fresh fish, pasta, vegetables, beef, fruits, and more. The fish is especially delicious! During dinner, we were treated to live jazz music, and the entire hotel grounds were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was live entertainment and bars as well. We also took advantage of the spa in the hotel, where we enjoyed affordable massages. And let's not forget about the ocean and beach - they were absolutely perfect. This was my first time in Cuba, and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, the people, and everything we experienced here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, there is so much food! I don't understand why people say there isn't good food here. They have a wide variety of options including fresh fish, pasta, vegetables, beef, fruits, and more. The fish is especially delicious! During dinner, we were treated to live jazz music, and the entire hotel grounds were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. There was live entertainment and bars as well. We also took advantage of the spa in the hotel, where we enjoyed affordable massages. And let's not forget about the ocean and beach - they were absolutely perfect. I want to thank everyone who made our vacation so wonderful! I highly recommend this place to others. Oh, and don't forget to tip the cleaning lady - our room always had an extra sparkle. And if you ask the gardener, they might even give you fresh coconuts.

The blankets were also damp, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. They gave us a second-floor room, which was difficult for my almost 80-year-old mother to manage. The outdoor lighting at night was inadequate, making it very dark. The wifi was only available in the lobby, not at the pool or in the rooms. There wasn't much entertainment or activities to do. The buffet food was pretty much the same for every meal. I highly recommend making reservations at the a la carte restaurants to have a variety of different foods. The worst part of the trip was dealing with bed bugs. I strongly suggest ensuring that the mattress has a mattress protector, or else you'll get bitten all over. My mother had a mattress protector, but I didn't, and I have numerous bites while she hardly has any.

Paradisus Los Cayos is a large hotel situated in a stunning location. They provide a wide variety of food options. The staff is exceptionally kind, with Brayan being a standout. His smile, enthusiasm, and helpfulness significantly enhance the hotel's high standards. A piece of advice: We understand that maintaining cleanliness in such a large hotel can be challenging, but please pay more attention to the hygiene of the rooms. Clean sheets, a clean bathroom, and a clean floor should be top priorities. We were unsure if the sheets were clean upon our arrival, and the bathroom appeared to have been used.
