Spiaggia Cafarone is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 18th place out of 23 beaches in the Catanzaro region 33 km away from its center, the city of Catanzaro. It is one of the beaches of Gizzeria Lido settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a long lasting coastline with blue water and gray fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
